  • 1 zucchini, cut into pieces
  • 125 grams frozen or tinned corn (drained)
  • 300 grams chicken mince
  • 100 grams grated cheese
  • 1.5 tablespoons Gluten Free Soy Sauce or Tamari
  • 1 tablespoon Gluten Free Corn Flour

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan forced and line a large tray with baking paper.

  2. Place carrot, zucchini and corn into TM bowl and chop 3 to 5 secs, speed 5.

  3. Add chicken mince, grated cheese, soy sauce and corn flour and mix 10 secsspeed 5.

  4. Roll 1 to 2 tablespoons of mixture into balls and place on lined tray.

  5. Bake for 30 to 35 mins until golden brown.

  6. Serve or freeze as needed.

Tip

Serve with homemade tomato sauce or sweet chilli sauce.
