If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  • Sorry, but I was disappointed

Sorry, but I was disappointed making this recipe. Firstly there is no mention of eggs in the ingredients list so I had to add to how many the recipe needed and adjusting it accordingly (for the record I think there was 6 eggs added) and secondly Thermie didn't process this recipe very well at all, I had to mix it by hand for the most part. On a positive note, they taste great! Thank you for sharing.
