Ingredients

8 piece(s)

  • 200 g flour
  • 120 g Milk
  • 60 g Butter, Cubed
  • 60 g cheese, Cheddar. Cubed
  • 1 1/2 level teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Flakes

Recipe's preparation

    Scones

  1. Add flour, salt, baking powder, salt, butter and cheese

    Mix for 5 seconds speed 6

    It should look like bread crumbs

     

    Add milk. Mix for 30 seconds on Dough mode

     

    Roll into 8 balls. Sprinkle with extra grated cheese. It won't be smooth.

    Bake at 190 Celsius for 12-15 minutes (until golden)

     

    Enjoy!
