Ingredients

filling

  • 200 grams cheese
  • 4 rashes bacon, roughly chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce

dough

  • 2 tsp Yeast
  • 280 grams Luke Warm Water
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 500 grams bakers flour

Recipe's preparation

    filling
  1. 1. Chop cheese in small blocks and grate for 10 sec/sp 7. Remove and place in a bowl

    2. chop bacon for 3 sec/sp 4. Place in same bowl as cheese.

    3. Add all other filling ingredients  in the same bowl and mix together

  2. Dough

    1. Place yeast and water in bowl and mix 2 min/37deg/sp 1

    2. Add all remaining dough ingredients mix 6 sec/sp6 then 1 1/2 minClosed lidDough mode

    3. Proove for 30 min or until doubled in size

    4. Flour your bench or board and press out the dough to a rectangle about 1cm thick

    5. Spread filling over most of the dough, leaving a strip on one long side clear. Roll up to a long sausage shape.

    6. Cut into 10 scrolls and place close to each other on a tray.

    7. Bake in a 180deg oven for 20 - 30 min

  • Had 50 grams extra cheese and

    Had 50 grams extra cheese and 1 extra bacon rasher ( I used shortcut rindless) so I used these and added 1 extra tsp of worchestershire sauce and 1 extra tbsp tomato sauce, delish!!
