I am going to try this tonight but will blind bake the pastry given the previous comment, and will sauté the bacon to caramelise and release the fat then drain on kitchen paper. tmrc_emoticons.)

  • This was nice and tasty, but

    Submitted by gingerchef_jess on 11. March 2014 - 01:19.

This was nice and tasty, but i found it took longer to cook than recommended and the pastry still didn't cook all the way through. Next time i would use less pastry and a couple of less eggs.
