Recipe's preparation

    Pastry
  1. Using a 9cm cutter, cut out 9 circles from a sheet of Puff Pastry and place into an oiled or nonstick cupcake pan.
  2. Pre heat oven to 170 degrees celsius.

    To prepare your Tofu mixture, wash the piece of firm tofu under cold water and then pat dry. Chop into rough pieces 3cm each and add into mixing bowl. Add 40 grams of the milk, and blend for 10 seconds on speed 5, MC On.

    Check consistency and if required, add another 10-20 grams of milk, until you get a smooth consistency, that you could spoon over your quiche ingredients.

    Once blended to the consistency you like, add a variety of chopped vegetables/or meat whatever you preference to the prepared pastry case, add some cheese of choice, and then spoon on a tablespoon or so of the Tofu mixture on to the top.

    Bake in a pre heated over at 170 degrees for 20-25 mins or until golden on top. - These also freeze well.
