- 130 g Flax seeds
- 150 g almonds
- 2 egg whites
- 1 sachet Yeast
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- Onion powder, Sprinkle
- Garlic powder, Sprinkle
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Add your flax seeds to your TM bowl & mill for 10 secs / speed 9
Set aside
Add your almonds into your TM bowl & mill for 30 secs / speed 9
Add your flax meal to the almond meal & add the rest of the ingredients.
Combine together for 6 secs / speed 5
It will be quite a crumbly mixture.
Turn out onto your Thermomat & roll into a ball with you hands. Fold the mat over & using a rolling pin, roll out to the thickness of a cracker.
Cut into small squares & place in the oven.
Back for 10-15 mins until golden brown
Keep in an airtight container.
Eat with your favourite dip or filling.

Tip
Mine are quite dark, but you can take yours out of the oven as soon as they start going a golden brown colour
