If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Dice cheese and put in "Closed lid" . Grate cheese on speed 7 for 10 seconds. Place cheese in separate large bowl.
Cut each zucchini in 4 pieces and put in "Closed lid" then chop at speed 4 for 10 seconds (do one zucchini at a time). Place grated zucchini in same bowl as grated cheese.
Cut large carrot into 4 pieces. Place in "Closed lid" and chop at speed 4 for 10 seconds. Place carrots in same bowl as zucchini and cheese.
Weigh mushrooms into thermomix bowl and chop at speed 4 for 5 seconds. Place mushrooms in same bowl with cheese, zucchini and carrot.
Peel and quarter onion and roughly chop rashers of bacon and place in "Closed lid" .Chop for 10 seconds at speed 4 and then scrape down sides of bowl.
Saute onion and bacon in "Closed lid" 4min 100 degrees "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 2.
Add flour, all veggies (zucchini, carrot and mushrooms) & cheese back into "Closed lid" . Add 5 eggs and lock lid in place without MC in place.
Using spatula to assist, mix all ingredients together in "Closed lid" for 2 minutes "Counter-clockwise operation" at speed 3.
Pour into baking tray lined with baking paper. Back in 180 degree oven for 1/2 hour or until cooked through.

Tip
Can be served hot or cold, easily prepared the day before serving and stored in fridge. Great for lunchboxes. Veggies can be substituted, I have used frozen peas and corn as well and one less zucchini.
