Gluten Free Chunky steak, mushroom and mince pie
- 1 portions onion, Brown
- 1 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoons Vegetable stock paste
- 400 grams Steak Chunks
- 500 grams lean beef mince
- 10 pieces button mushroom
- 2 tablespoons Corn Flour

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Cut onion in half, place in bowl with garlic clove and chop for 5 sec / speed 5. Scrape down sides of bowl with spatula, replace lid and MC and chop for additional 3 sec / speed 5. Add oil and cook for 5 min / Varoma / Speed 1 (With MC off)
- Add Oyster Sauce, stock concentrate, red wine and steak chunks and season with Salt & Pepper if you wish. Add lid & MC for and cook for 20 minutes / 100 degrees / Reverse / Speed 1
While this is cooking, quarter gluten free Puff Pastry Sheets (4 squares) line 6 cooking sprayed pie dishes. When the filling is finished, divide mixture evenly into pies, add lids and place pies on an oven tray. Bake in pre-heated oven for 15 minutes or until brown. Rotating oven tray during baking to evenly brown the pastry. (You can also place this in a pie maker following the direction of your machine for same result).
- Once the steak chunks are cooked Add the lean Beef Mince, chopped mushrooms and cornflour (dissolved in 2 Tbls of water) and cook for a further 15 minutes / 100 degrees / Reverse / Speed 1

Tip
There will be some left over filling left after the 6 pies are made. Dont over fill pies there should be approx 1/2 cup of filling per pie.
