Gluten free Quiche with Coconut Milk

Ingredients

4 portion(s)

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 sprig spring onion
  • 20 g parmesan
  • 400 g coconut milk, Light
  • pinch Salt & Pepper, to taste

Recipe's preparation

  1. add eggs spring onion parmesan to jug

    Counter-clockwise operation for 20 seconds speed 7

    Insert Butterfly

    add  coconut milk, salt and pepper to taste

    whip for 1-3 mins, speed 4

     Pour mixture into pre made Gluten free Shortcrust Pastry (see RC for more details).

    Bake in over for 45 mins on 190 degrees

Tip

add cheese to to the top of quiche whilst cooking.

Grill for a further 2 mins to make a crusty brown top if preferred.
