Grain free breakfast burrito wrap

  • 3 tablespoons Coconut Flour
  • 3 tablespoons tapioca flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 125 grams water

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add coconut flour, tapioca, baking powder,salt, egg yolks and water to tm bowl and mix 6 seconds /speed 6.


    Scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat.


    Melt coconut oil into frying pan over medium head and add a small amount of batter to the pan to form your burrito.

    Cook approximately 2 minutes each side.


    Serve immediately.
