  • 1/2 butternut pumpkin cubed
  • 100 grams Cashews Soaked
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 zucchini diced
  • 300 grams gluten free short pasta
  • 2 cans Tuna in, springwater
  • 1 heaped teaspoon paprika
  • 50 grams walnuts
  • 0.250 litre Almond milk
  • 1/2 lemon, no rind

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add onion to thermomix, dice 10 sec speed 5

    pour into bowl and set aside

  2. 2. Place 500g of water to thermo bowl

    place pumpkin on varoma dish 

    cook speed 2 varoma for 12mins

  3. 3. Place pasta and zucchini to bowl

    8 mins Counter-clockwise operation speed 2 varoma 

     

  4. 4. Drain pasta and zuchinni and pour into baking dish. Sprinkle onion and tuna over pasta

  5. 5. Add remaining ingredients into thermo bowl and blend speed 7  for 30 seconds

    pour over pasta

  6. 6. Rinse and dry bowl

  7. 7. Add walnuts to bowl and chop speed 4 for 10 sec

    scatter over pasta and sauce

  8. 8. Bake for 40mins 180 degress
