- 100 grams feta cheese
- 100 grams baby spinach
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika, ground
- 4 sheets Filo Pastry
- 200 grams natural yoghurt, or greek yoghurt
- 30 grams honey

Recipe's preparation
Add drained chickpeas, feta, spinach, lemon zest from 1 lemon and paprika to the bowl, then blend for 10 seconds Speed 8, until a small chunky, grainy puree.
Lay filo pastry out, brush with olive oil, add another layer, brush again and add a final third layer. Cut filo into desired size and wrap tablespoon amounts of puree as you please.
Cook at 200 degress fan forced, or 220 degrees conventional oven, for 15-25 minutes - until crisp and golden.
mix yoghurt and honey together in a bowel. Serve hot pastries with yoghurt dipping sauce.
