  • 100 grams shortcut bacon
  • 12 eggs
  • 120 grams grated cheese
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, Cut in half
  • 2 leaves spinach, Finely Chopped

  • 40 grams Unsweetened Almond Milk or Coconut Milk

    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven 180 degrees (fan forced). Spray muffin tin with oil.
  2. Chop bacon 10 seconds sp 6. Scrape down sides of bowl.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix 10 seconds sp 6. Scrape down sides of bowl.
  4. Poor mixture into muffin tin and bake 20 minutes or until cooked.
