Ingredients

10 portion(s)

  • coconut oil or olive oil
  • 1 zuchinni
  • 2 spring onions
  • 3 sprigs Basil leaves
  • 6 eggs
  • 250 g cottage cheese

Recipe's preparation

  1. Lightly Grease a large tart tin or slice tin with olive oil or coconut oil.

     

    Add Zuchinni, Spring Onions & Basil to the mixing bowl and chop on Speed 5 for 10 seconds.

     

    Add Cottage Cheese and Eggs and mix on speed 3 for 10 seconds. 

     

    Pour mixture into your slice tray or baking tin and bake for 50 minutes on 180 degrees. 

     

    Fancy it up by adding extra veggies like carrot, spanish onion or sundried tomatoes to step 1 with Zuchinni, Spring Onions and Basil. Or roast some pumpkin or sweet potato and scatter in the tin with spinach leaves before you pour the mixture on top. Anything goes tmrc_emoticons.)
