Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients for the dough in the TM bowl mix on Speed 5 for 5 seconds.

    Set to closed lid position, kneed for 1.5 min on Interval.

    Roll out dough thinly and place on greased rectangular baking tray or alternatively on pizza stone and spread base with sour cream and top with onions and speck or bacon.

    Bake in preheated oven at 220 till it looks crispy prox 20-30min
