- 75 g Butter, chopped
- 200 g sliced mushrooms
- 150 g sliced bacon or ham
- 1 leek, washed and sliced, or 2 spring onions
- 45 g plain flour
- 125 g Milk
- 25 g cheese, Parmesan, grated
- 30 g Tasty cheese, Grated
- 2 tablespoons Dried parsley, or chopped fresh
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic, or 1 tspn chopped, fresh

- 4-6 sheets ready-made puff pastry, thawed
- 2 tablespoons Milk, for glazing

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add the first 4 ingredients to the bowl"Closed lid" and cook 100°C/ 5 mins/"Gentle stir setting" /"Counter-clockwise operation"
Add the flour and cook 100°C/ 2 mins/"Gentle stir setting" /"Counter-clockwise operation"
Add remaining ingredients and cook 100°C/5mins/"Gentle stir setting" /"Counter-clockwise operation" or until mixture thickens. - Place pie sized rounds of pastry into your piemaker or pie dishes, cover with pastry, brush with milk and cook until golden.
