- 1000 grams almonds
- 1 egg white
- 10 cloves garlic fresh
- 1 tablespoon sea salt flakes
Preheat oven to fan forced 200c , line two baking trays with baking paper
Peel garlic, place in bowl, process 5 seconds speed 9, scrape down the bowl and repeat if there are any large lumps left.
Insert the butterfly, add the egg white, 15 seconds speed 4
Add the almonds, mix for 20 seconds speed 3 until the almonds are coated with the eggwhite and garlic mixture.
Using the spatula, spread the almonds evenly over the trays.
Sprinkle with sea salt flakes to your taste.
Bake for 9 minutes, leave on the tray to cool, store in an airtight container
