Fabulous! I double the amount of filling and also sprinkle grated cheddar and extra feta on top. Mine always cook in 15-20 minutes...think they would be burnt if in left for 40-50.

so yummy!!! The dough was very sticky so i had to use a bit more flour for dusting to roll it out etc and i added an extra garlic clove but they were fabulous! Will definitely make again

I found this recipe (as written) to be a bit flavourless. The dough was lovely though, so I'd use it as a base and add more fillings. I ended up putting them back in the oven to grill cheese on the top of them so my kids would eat them. Next time I'll make a pizza style scroll I think!
Oh! And it really needed salt (imo), just for someone else making them. Mind you.. I think most things benefit from salt!
Filling was delicious. I

Thanks for your recipe. I
Thanks for your recipe. I have made this twice. The dough came out quite sticky but is yummy.
I realised too late that I had no feta this time so put 50g cream cheese in and 30 grams mozzarella instead and it still tasted great.
I wrapped my dough in my TM mat to put it in the oven to rise to prevent it from going dry and I also just rolled it out it one big rectangle, spread the mix on it, rolled it up then cut it into two so it would fit on baking tray and made two big rolls instead. I need to play around with the baking time though since the logs went quite crunchy on top.
Enough for hubby, me and our son for lunch for two days . . . yay!
Will use this dough recipe to make other scrolls since my little boy loves to take scrolls to school for lunch.
This recipe is divine, so
This recipe is divine, so moist and a really yummy dough. I have experimented and made ham, cheese and pineapple scrolls with a pizza sauce and they too were just lovely. Thanks for sharing.
