  • 1 brown onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 grams breadcrumbs
  • 1 heaped tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 level tbsp soy sauce
  • 90 grams rolled oats
  • 50 grams walnuts
  • 75 grams Cheddar cheese
  • 75 grams Fetta Cheese
  • 3 sheets Puff pastry, Slightly thawed
  • 1 level tsp Oregano
  • 1 level tsp Ground Coriander
  • 1 level tsp paprika

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.       If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

  1. Grab Puff pastry out of the freezer and let it start to thaw. Preheat oven to 200 degrees

    Place chedder into mixing bowl and grate 5 seconds speed 7, transfer to a seperate bowl.

    Don't wash bowl. Place in this order, carrot, celery, onion, garlic into bowl. Chop speed 5 6 seconds.

    Add walnuts, oats & spices. Combine 3 seconds speed 6. Scrape down sides of bowl.

    Add fetta, chedder, eggs, soy sauce, tomato paste & breadcrumbs & combine. 20 seconds speed 5

    Place puff pastry on floured surface and cut in half, Place a sixth of the mixture along long side of pastry leaving enough room to seal the edges. Roll and seal edges by pushing down with fingers. Repeat with remaining pastry/mixture.

    Brush with milk and sprinkle with poppy seeds.

    Bake for 20 minutes on 200 degrees or until golden brown.

    Serve hot and enjoy!
