Three cheese scroll - Hulk Bread

  • 100 g Grain of choice
  • 1 --- Large handful spinach leaves
  • 300 g lukewarm water
  • 1 sachet dried instant yeast, Approx 7g
  • 420 g bakers flour
  • 1 level tbsp salt
  • 20 g oil
  • 70 g Parmesan cheese
  • 70 g Vintage Cheddar Cheese
  • 70 g feta cheese

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mill grain, speed 8 for 25 seconds. Add spinach, flour, water, yeast, salt and oil. Knead on interval speed for 1.5 minutes.
  2. BlendWithout washing the bowl, add the Parmesan cheese, grate for 5 seconds, speed 7. Add vintage cheese and grate 4 seconds, speed 7. Add feta cheese and incorporate Counter-clockwise operationreverse speed 3 until mixed through.

    Reserve until bread is ready to shape.
  3. To shape, place the dough onto a lined baking tray, press bread into a rectangle shape (A4 size), then spread the cheese mixture, leaving the long edge clear of cheese. Roll tightly, stretching at the beginning to increase the tension as you roll. Continue rolling, place seam underneath, pinch the ends, score the top, sprinkle with water and seeds (if desired).
  4. Bake in oven at 260Warm Up.
