- 20 gram extra virgin olive oil
- 1 brown onion, Halved
- 1 garlic clove
- 3 zucchini, approximately 130-150g
- 425 can tuna, canned
- 125 gram Tasty cheese, chopped into large cubes
- 135 gram gluten-free self-raising flour

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
- Preheat Oven to 180° and line a medium slice tin (17cm by 27cm)
- Place cubed cheese into the mixing bowl and grate, 5 seconds/speed 7 then set-aside in a large bowl.
- Place roughly chopped zucchini into mixing bowl and chop 2 seconds/speed 5 and place in the same bowl as the cheese.
- Place onion and garlic into the mixing bowl and chop 3 seconds/speed 5 and scrape down the bowl.
- Add 20g of oil and sauté 3 minutes/100°/speed 1.
- Add the rest of the ingredients including set aside cheese and zucchini and extra 125g of oil and combine 6 seconds/reverse/speed 3.
- Pour ingredients into prepared tin and bake for 40 minutes until golden brown
- Leave to cool in the pan and cut into pieces, serve
The recipe freezes really well.
Wrap each piece individually and freeze for up to 3 month.
