- 250 gram carrot

- 100 gram cheese

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- use thermomix cutter to thickly grate your zucchini, carrot and cheese (speed 4). set aside.
- flip the thermomix cutter (slate side up) to the slice side and thinly slice your onion (speed 4 reverse). set aside.
- add bacon or ham to TM bowl 5speed/3sec
- add all greated veg, cheese and sliced onion to TM bowl with the bacon
- add the flour and baking powder to the TM bowl REVERSE blade 4speed/4sec with measuring cup removed and the spatula inserted in the top. mix with spatula while on sp4
- add eggs and stock paste to TM bowl REVERSE blade 4speed/4sec with measuring cup removed and the spatula inserted in the top. mix with spatula while on sp4
- add to the thermomix mix shop silicon mini loaf tin. Bake 15 mins 200 degrees

1. Extend cooking time if needed
2. if not using silicon tray - make sure you oil the tin really really wel - let cool before removing
