If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking dish with non-stick paper.
Put everything except the flour in bowl and mix 20 sec / Speed 5.
Add flour and mix reverse "Counter-clockwise operation" 10 sec / Speed 4.
Pour mixture into lined tray and bake for 50-60 minutes or until cooked through. Cool in pan for 10 minutes to help set before slicing/serving.

Good to find a recipe for zucchini slice that doesn't include bacon. Nice texture and taste although a little bland for us so I'll vary with some other flavourings next time. Thank you for the recipe
