180 g Baker's Flour

  For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

Preheat oven to 180deg and line a muffin tran

add butter, brown sugar and egg and mix 2 minutes/speed 3

add bananas, mix 5 seconds/speed 4

add flour, baking powder and bicarb soda, mix 5 seconds/speed 4

add choc chips, mix 5 seconds /speed 3

pour mixture into muffin tray and bake 15-20 minutes
