Allergy Friendly Pancakes (Grain free, Dairy Free, Egg Free)

Ingredients

2 portion(s)

2 cups almond meal

  • 270 g almond meal
  • 90 g Coconut Flour
  • 180 g tapioca flour
  • 1 tablespoon Flaxseed Meal
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 270 grams Dairy Free Milk (Almond, Coconut)
  • coconut oil for seasoning of frypan

Recipe's preparation

    Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients into the bowl except for the coconut oil and put on lid.

  2. Mix ingredients 1 minute/speed 4 (or until combined). Depending on how runny you like the mixture, feel free to add more milk.

  3. Heat a frypan and season with coconut oil.

  4. Pour in batter and cook pancakes on each side until light brown.

  5. Next serve with berries, or maple syrup and bacon, or whatever takes your fancy!

Tip

Add more dairy free milk as required, as mixture will thicken on standing.
