Almond Energy Balls

  • 55 grams Shredded coconut
  • 15 grams Almond Flour
  • 15 ground almonds
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 25 gram almond butter
  • 15 grams honey or syrup, malt or maple

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. In your mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, almond flour, ground almonds and salt. Mix approx 30 sec, SP 8
  2. Add almond butter and either honey or syrup to sweeten and mix well. Mix approx 30 sec, SP 8. Check to see if its mixed well.
  3. Not done yet add extra taste for sweetness. At this point, you can still add more sweetener and or salt, vanilla, cinnamon etc
  4. Carefully add water and mix until the mixture forms a dough.
    Mix approx 30 sec, SP 8
    (you may need to use your hands to knead or a fork to mix well outside the mixing bowl)
  5. Spoon the dough into a bowl and make it into small balls and then use your thermo server to coat balls in the shredded coconut. Put your coconut into the thermal server and add the balls in and shake the server until coated. Magic
  6. Enjoy! They keep for around 3-4 days. They can also be frozen.
