If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat your oven to 150 degrees and line 3 baking trays with baking paper. Boil the kettle….no, not for a cup of tea just yet.
Add butter and golden syrup to the bowl and melt for 2 min/60/sp 2-3.
In a small cup, dissolve 1/2 tsp bi-carb soda in 2 tblsp boiling water then add to melted butter and wait a few seconds while it foams up.
Add rolled oats, flour, sugar and coconut then mix for 10 secs/"Counter-clockwise operation" /sp 4. Scrape down and repeat if necessary.
Roll into balls and bake in a moderately slow oven (150 degrees) for 10-15 minutes, depending on how soft or crispy you like them…..NOW you can have that cuppa!
