ANZAC BISCUITS

  • 120 g Butter
  • 65 g golden syrup
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 150 g rolled oats
  • 100 g plain flour
  • 50 g caster sugar
  • 75 g Coconut sugar
  • 75 g dessicated coconut

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees
    Prepare baking trays

    Place butter and golden syrup in TM bowl. 3 minutes, 60deg, sp2 (or until melted)

    Add bi carb and mix in. 5-10 sec speed 3

    Add remaining ingredients. Mix 40 sec speed 3

    Scoop out and roll into balls. Place in tray flatten slightly.

    Bake for 7-10 mins or until golden.

    Flatten with spatula straight out of oven.

    Allow to cool (they will crisp up)
