      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

My 9 year old has learnt to make these. He wanted them so often I told him to make them himself! They are easy, with no added sugar and delicious.

I liked this easy recipe but they stuck to the bottom of the pattypans. Any suggestions on what I did wrong would be helpful.

Nice, my kids like. Probably would add less butter next time. Mine rose in the oven nicely but then sank. I will try again.

The taste was delicious and my kids ate them but a little undercooked. Had that undercooked banana bread taste to them. I might add some more flour or even coconut flour next time. But they were great!

These were delicious and so easy. I also added a teaspoon of Chia seeds at the flour stage. My fusbag of a 2 year old is on her 3rd! Winning  Big Smile actually just asked for number 4.
