Apple & Cinnamon Brekkie Bites

1 Red apple
1 carrot
1 banana
1 egg
1c coconut milk
1/2c Cranberries
1/4c Coconut Flour
2tbsp honey
2c rolled oats
2tsp ground cinnamon
seeds, for sprinkling on top (optional)

  For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

Place:
Apple
Carrot
Banana
Oats

in Thermomix, blitz on speed 7 for 3 seconds

Place remaining ingredients in mixing bowl and mix on speed 4 for 10 seconds.

Place in a brownie tin lined in the oven on 200 degrees for about 25 minutes. I placed a few seeds and xtra cranberries on the top before baking this is optional.
