  • 25 g coconut oil
  • 120 g raw sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 220 g natural yoghurt
  • 250 g plain flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 80 g dried cranberries

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. preheat oven 160 dec C & line loaf pan

    2.chop apples sp6, 5 sec, set aside

    3. add sugar, butter & coconut oil to bowl. Chop 5sec sp8, scrape sides, combine sp1 37 degC, 1min

    4. Add eggs & yoghurt, sp4 10sec

    5. Add flour, baking powder, salt & vanilla mix sp4 10sec

    6. Add apples & cranberries, sp4 15 sec or until coombined

    7. Pour unto prepared loaf tin, bake 45min - 1hour until skewer is cleanly removed.
