If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add rolled oats to bowl "Closed lid" mix 10 seconds speed 6. Set aside.
put sunflower and chia seeds in bowl "Closed lid" mix 10 seconds speed 9. Set aside with oats.
put apple in bowl "Closed lid" chop 5 seconds speed 5
add eggs + milk and mix 10 seconds "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 3
add reserved oats + seeds + cinnamon + nutmeg + sultanas and mix "Counter-clockwise operation" 10 seconds speed 3
add approximately 1 tablespoon mixture to greaves mini muffin tin and cook for 20 min at 180 (fan forced) or until lightly golden.

I like making these in big batches and freezing until needed. Great snacks or breakfast on the run for kids (and big kids) when busy.
