- 100 g Quality Chocolate, I used a block of Green and Black's Organic Milk Chocolate
- 40 g Organic coconut oil
- 250 g Avocado - Just ripe
- 80 g Organic Raw Honey
- 20 g Organic Cacao Powder
- 15 g Organic coconut flour
- 15 g Organic Chia Seed
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Paste
- 1 tsp GF baking powder
- pinch salt

Recipe's preparation
Add the chocolate and coconut oil to the bowl and heat for 2min/50d/sp1 (or until melted and combined)
Add the avocado and blend on sp7/10sec, twice. Scraping the bowl down between each. Then puree on sp4/20sec.
Add al the rest of the ingredients and blend sp4/20sec.
Line a square tray and fill with mixture. Bake at 180d for 30 minutes. It should be springy and a skewer comes out clean. Ths indicates the right brownie texture on cooling.

Use dairy free Chocolate for a dairy free option. The brand I used here has minimal amounts in it.
