Banana Bread

  • 125 gram Butter
  • 2 Bananas ripe
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 gram plain flour
  • 150 gram brown sugar
  • 50 gram Self Raising Flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Recipe's preparation

    Banana Bread
  1. Add butter and melt at 100 degrees 2 minutes speed 2

  2. Add banana (pull apart into pieces) and eggs and mix for 20 seconds on speed 5

  3. Add self raising flour, plain flour, brown sugar and ground cinnamon Mix for 30 seconds, stopping it midway to scrap down the sides

  4. Add mixture to a loaf tin and cook for 50 minutes at 170 degrees
