Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Delicious. Partner says they are top notch! I only had 2 bananas but they were very ripe so still worked. Only had white choc chips but that actually tasted really good. I added a few blueberries on top of a couple of muffins for me. Will make these again.

Yummy. I also reduced the sugar to 100g as previous commenters suggested and with the Choc bits they were plenty sweet enough. I also did them as mini muffins and they were great (Less time to cook too). Very quick. Great for last minute guests. Kids also loved them. My daughter who says she hates bananas didn't even realise they were bananas.
