  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 50 g pitted dates
  • 60 g olive oil
  • 60 g agave nectar
  • 60 g Milk, (Or Water)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 150 g Gluten Free SR Flour

Recipe's preparation

    Banana & Date Loaf
  1. Preheat oven 160 degrees and prepare a loaf tin

  2. Place bananas & dates into TM bowl 15 SECS / SPEED 8

  3. Add olive oil, agave nectar & milk 20 SEC / SPEED 8

  4. Add baking powder & SR flour 20 SEC / SPEED 4

  5. Pour into loaf pan and bake 45-50mins
