If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius
2. Grease muffin tray or place muffin papers in tray
3. Place dates in the bowl and chop 20 sec/speed 9
4. Add banana and butter chop 5 sec/speed 7
5. Add coconut oil, bi-carb, flour and oatmeal, mix 10 sec/speed 6
6. Add white chocolate chips and mix "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 3 until mixed through.
7. Spoon into muffin tray.
8. Bake 18-20 minutes or until browned and bouncing back when touched.
9. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Muffins are soft and moist.
I chop the dates quite fine as my toddler eats these muffins.
