Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip
This is a really quick and easy desert for a special occasion.
Ensure that you do not overcook these tasty little cakes. They are better when cooked with a soft centre and served straight out of the oven.
I use a texas muffin tin (6 muffins) and when I am ready to serve I place the muffin upside down on a plate with a few fresh berries.
I have also served them with a raspberry coulis andi ice cream but they are also great served just on their own.
