For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats, flour, and chopped parsley.
In a separate bowl, mix the egg, water, coconut oil, baking powder and parsley oil.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well combined.
Roll the dough out to about 1/4 inch thickness on a floured surface.
Use a bone-shaped cookie cutter to cut out the treats or you can use any shape you like.
Place the treats on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
Let the treats cool completely before giving them to your dog.

Note: Be sure to check with your veterinarian before introducing new foods to your dog's diet. Coconut oil is a natural antifungal and antibacterial agent, while parsley oil is a natural breath freshener. Baking powder also can help to clean teeth by scrubbing away plaque and tartar as dogs chew.
