  • 200gm Greek yoghurt
  • 150gm blueberries

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method.
  1. 1. Add the rolled oats and cocnut to a bowl

    2. Put the coconut oil into your TM bowl and melt 2 minutes 100 deg speed 1.

    3. Place egg white into the TM bowl and mix 5 seconds speed 4.

    4. Place 1/4 cup honey, 200gm greek yoghurt and 150 gm blueberries in to the bowl with the oats/coconut.

    5. Add the coconut oil and egg white from the TM bowl and mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon till all ingredients are combined

    6. Press into a 16 x 26cm slice pan lined with baking paper into a 180 degree oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown

    7. Let the slice cool completely in the pan and then cut into 12 portions.
