TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip
Keep berries in frezzer until needed.
By dusting frozen berries with a little flour before adding them to batter will reduce them bleeding into the batter.

Made these yesterday with fresh raspberries (as I already had them) and followed as per recipe all except lowering the sugar to 100g (down from 120g). Recipe made a dozen as stated and they were super excellent. I will certainly be making these again!

so quick and easy! I halved the recipe as I only had a small amount of milk but it still made roughly 12 medium sized muffins. I didn't put the butter aside and added some shredded coconut, they turned out perfect
I added white chocolate chip
I added white chocolate chip as well and used raspberries . Reduced the sugar to 100 g.
The first time I made these I didn't use self raising flower ( silly mistake)..
second batch was perfect.
Thanks for the recipe.
