Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C (fan forced)
Line a baking tray with baking paper or Oven Mat
Put flour and butter into the mixing bowl, mix 10 secs/speed 8

Gently flatten dough mix out to approximately 3cm thick, then cut into 10 pieces using either a blunt knife (be careful if you are doing this on your ThermoMat) or with a scone cutter.

Tip
Scones are delicious on their own, but even better with cream or butter!
Blueberries can be replaced with any other fresh berry
If you like your scones a little sweeter, sprinkle raw sugar on the tops after brushing with milk
