Bran Oatmeal Muffins

  • 75 grams oatbran or lecithin meal
  • 75 grams quick cooking oats
  • 100 grams plain flour
  • 100 grams brown sugar
  • 2 level teaspoons TM baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 250 gram Milk
  • 1 egg
  • 75 grams golden syrup
  • 55 grams vegetable oil
  • 80 grams sultanas
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe's preparation

    Bran Oatmeal Muffins
  1. Combine milk and eggs on Speed 6 for 10 sec.

    Add dry ingredients except sultanas -mix on speed 4 for 10 seconds then add oil and golden syrup whilst mixing for a further 10 seconds. Turn to Reverse and fold sultanas on speed 4 for 5 seconds. 

  2. Bran Oatmeal Muffins
  3. Spoon mixture into greased or silicone 1/2 cup muffin tray (1x12).

    Top with a  whole almond.

    Bake at 200 degrees Celcius
