Pre-heat oven to 180c, line a tray with baking paper or use the Thermomix baking mat.
Step 1. Put butterfly in bowl and add the cream cheese and butter, sp 4 for 2 min, scrape down the bowl (will look runny)
Step 2. Add caster sugar, sp4 for 2 min (light a fluffy looking), scrap down the bowl
Step 3. sp3 add eggs and vanilla
Step 4. in a separate bowl mix together the flour, baking powder and salt
Step 5. sp 1 gradually add the dry ingredients (say over 30 to 45 sec), you can speed it up for a short time (5-10sec) after all flour added but don't over beat. It will be sticky, the texture will be between cake batter and biscuit dough.
Step 6. Put heap teaspoons on tray bake between 8 to 10 minutes. They will be pale looking, slightly brown on the bottom. Don't over bake as they will be dry and crumbly (but still taste good, if they over cook put jam inbetween after cooling)
Dust with icing sugar once cooled
Dip the bottom half or drizzle with melted chocolate
