Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
To make the egg substitute mix the chia seeds and water and allow to sit for 15 to 20 minutes until it transforms into a gel
Pre-heat the oven to 180C. Line a loaf tin with baking paper
Place the dates into the mixing bowl and chop 5 seconds speed 7
Add bananas and chop 4 seconds speed 4
Add chia seed gel and mix 6 seconds speed 5
Add spelt flour, coconut flour and baking powder and mix 10 seconds speed 4 reverse
Add sultanas and macadamias and mix 5 seconds speed 4 reverse until just combined
Transfer batter to tin and bake 40 to 45 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
Turn out onto cooling rack.
Delicious while still warm!

Mine did not grow much...it is a banana flat bread
but it tastes absolutely yummy
very moist, very nutritious and super healthy. Should add `vegan` tag to it

I have made this twice now.
I have made this twice now. Both times I have used 20 dates, not 2, as is in the recipe (? Typo).
Really dense, and moist. Not overly bananery. Both times has been delicicous. Second time I doubled recipe and it worked out just as well. Great for every day snack.
