The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  1. 115g butter
  2. Sous-videMelt butter
    temp 40 degrees
    speed 4
  3. Pour melted butter out and set aside
  4. Add the egg to the Closed lid
  5. Add 150g sugar
  6. Gentle stir settingSpeed 5 for 30 seconds
  7. Add 180g of flour Sous-vide
  8. 115g chocolate chips
  9. Mix speed 4 for 60seconds
