If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C. Grease and line an 18cm x 28cm slice tray, leaving overhang to remove the slice.
Place the flour, icing sugar, cocoa and butter in the bowl. Process speed 5 for 15 seconds. Press into the prepared slice tin and bake for 15 minutes.
Once cooked sprinkle with choc chips of your choice.
Clean and dry mixing bowl. - Place the butter in the bowl and melt 1 minute 30 seconds, 55°C, speed 4.
Add the brown sugar, cream, golden syrup and eggs and mix speed 4, 10 seconds.
Pour over the base and place pecans over the top.
Bake for 25 minutes and allow to cool in the tin before removing and storing in the fridge.

Tip
If wanted drizzle with extra melted chocoalte before refrigerating.
