Choc Peppermint Slice

Ingredients

1 portion(s)

  • 250 g choc sweet biscuits
  • 100 g Butter
  • 130 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 Peppermint Crisp Bars
  • 200 g milk chocolate
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil

Recipe's preparation

    Slice
  1. Line a 19x29cm slice tin with baking paper, making sure there is enough paper hanging over the sides to ensure easily removal.

  2. Break biscuits up by pulsing a few times until you have an assortment of sizes and crumbs.  Put aside in a bowl.

  3. Crush Peppermint Crisp bars and place in the bowl with biscuits. 

  4. Melt butter and sweetened condensed milk 2mins30secs/60°/sp2

  5. Add butter/sweetened condensed milk to biscuits/peppermint crisp mix.  Press into a slice tin and refrigerate for 20 mins.

  6. Icing
  7. Chop chocolate 5-6secs/sp8.  Add vegetable oil and melt 3mins/50°/sp2.  Spread over slice and refrigerate until firm and cut into squares.
