Chocolate & Cheesecake Brownie

  • 20 g almond meal
  • 50 g Coconut Flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 250 g cream cheese, At room temperature
  • 150 g Butter
  • 200 g dark chocolate, in pieces
  • 100 g milk chocolate, in pieces
  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 60 g Maple syrup
  • 100 g sour cream

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180° celcius.


    Grease and line shallow baking tin.


    Melt chocolate and butter at 50° 4 mins/sp 2


    In a seperate bowl whisk 4 eggs together and then add to the chocolate mix along with the maple syrup, mix 10 secs/sp 2


    Add flour, almond meal and sour cream then mix 10 secs/sp 8


    in a seperate bowl beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth, then add one egg and beat lightly.


    Spoon chocolate and cream cheese mixtures alternatively into the baking dish. Swirl with a skewer to make the marbled effect. DO NOT OVER MIX.


    Bake 30 mins or until skewer comes out clean. Brownie should still be gooey and fudgey on the inside, but firm to touch.
